Eating Right

When trying to lose weight, you can still eat you favorite foods--as long as you pay attention to the total number of calories that you eat.  Chronic illness, like diabetes and chronic back pain are better controlled when a person is not overweight.  Eat an apple a day, drink 64 ounces of water a day, and limit your sweets, soda pops, and fast food to the weekends.
