Getting Fit

 If it weren't for the fact that the TV set and the refrigerator are so far apart, some of us wouldn't get any exercise at all.  Staying fit helps to reduce premature aging and keeps your bones and muscles strong.  To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you eat.  One pound of body fat is equal to 3500 calories.  So try to burn 500 calories a day, or you can burn 300 calories and reduce your calorie intake by 200 calories.   A healthy rate of weight loss is one to two pounds a week.
